About Us

Although small, Huseman Family Lights has slowly given itself a name. In fact, there are some days while setting up the show outside that we get stopped and asked if we are the guys who do that crazy light show. We love when people ask "what's new this year" or "when's the show going to start this year?"

Without our visitors and continued support we wouldn't have the great reputation we have today. The 2007 light show attracted over 700 people and has continued to grow ever since!

In 2008 we estimated about 1200 visitors. With some added advertising 2009 brought in about 5,000 people and 2010 brought in closer to 6,000. Last year was an amazing year attracting over 8000 wonderful visitors, 2000 on Christmas Eve alone!

How do we know? As a thank you for celebrating part of Christmas with us, each vistor that comes to the lights receives a free candy and we keep track of how many candy canes we pass out each night.

Metropolitan Ministries

The light show is completely free; however, if you wish to give back this holiday season, Huseman Family Lights has partnered with Metropolitan Ministries to collect non-perishable food items every night through out the entire show. Please place your non-perishables in the Metropolitan Ministries barrel set up next to the mailbox. If you wish to give a cash donation, a box is set up on the mailbox and collected nightly. Cash donations go to the purchase of items such as diapers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc. to be donated to Metropolitan Ministries.
